HERCULES at ISEE 2019

HERCULES was well-represented at the ISEE 2019 conference in Utrecht, The Netherlands.  HERCULES Investigator Jeremy Sarnat organized a symposium session entitled “Mapping the Air Pollution Metabolome: Applications, Limitations, and the Path Forward.” The session consisted of five talks, including one from HERCULES Junior Investigator, Donghai Liang (along with Zhanghua Chen, USC; Beate Ritz, UCLA; Douglas Walker, Mt Sinai; and Jelle Vlannderen, Utrecht University). The session concluded with a panel discussion with HERCULES Director Carmen Marsit and HERCULES IHSFC Director Dean Jones, along with David Balshaw (NIEHS) and Roel Vermeulen (Utrecht University). The symposium was scheduled as the first session on the first day of the conference and was well-attended with over 200 audience members.
