A common medication may help against PFAS exposure. Emory scientists intend to test it

A HERCULES Pilot that discovered high levels of PFAS exposure among residents in North Georgia has led to additional funding to study whether a common medication can eliminate PFAS from the body. The study led by HERCULES researchers Drs. Dana Barr and Stephanie Eick was recently featured in a GPB article.
