North Georgia PFAS Pilot Study

HERCULES researchers Drs. Dana Barr, Melanie Pearson and Noah Scovronick conducted research in Northwestern Georgia where communities have been impacted by PFAS water contamination. Local residents participated in the study and had their blood sampled to understand their exposures. The below infographic summarizes what PFAS are, the study, and its initial findings.
